Flair Airlines

Making affordable air travel possible for all - in Canada, to Canada, from Canada, Flair Airlines prides itself as a less than conventional air carrier.

I enjoy supporting the team in a hands-on capacity as Director of Creative and Content, where I have steadily evolved the brand to do what big air can’t – maximizing communication to the media it finds it executed within. Along with the brand evolution, I have spearheaded a reduction in marketing costs, significant growth in social and paid metrics, while ensuring strategic-based creative and brand consistency. Meanwhile, meeting internal needs, developing new campaigns and out-of-home marketing initiatives.

From major activations to small impactful ones. 2026 will be the second year of partnering with Canada’s Marathon Series, reaching over 30,000 attendees at an event, to curate and brand an art exhibit featuring a National Geographic Photographer. It doesn’t stop there; to promote new Mexico routes and celebrate Cinco de Mayo, I spearheaded themed food trucks, promotions, apparel and signage. Yeah, some days I kinda do it all.
